Terms and Conditions

By registering for, purchasing, or attending any class, course, or program offered by AFS Tactical Training ("AFS Tactical," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not register or attend.

All class registrations require full payment at the time of booking. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed through GoDaddy Payments or Stripe. By completing a purchase you authorize the applicable charge to your payment method.

AFS Tactical Training Students are required to cancel a reserved class at least 48 hours in advance of the class date in order to receive a full refund. Classes cancelled less than 48 hours before the class will not be refunded.

AFS Tactical Team memberships can be canceled with 30 days written notice. Students receive membership discounts if they agree to maintain their membership for 90 days. If a student has received member discounts on classes their membership can be canceled anytime after the 90 day commitment period has elapsed with 30 days written notice. By receiving member discounts for CCW classes, Tactical Medicine classes, CPR classes, and Specialty seminars, students are agreeing to the 90 day membership commitment.

Firearms training involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury or death. By attending any AFS Tactical class or event, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with firearms handling, live-fire exercises, and related activities. You agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless AFS Tactical Training, its instructors, officers, agents, and employees from any and all claims, damages, losses, or liability arising out of your participation.

Students are responsible for meeting all prerequisites and bringing required equipment as specified for each course. AFS Tactical is not responsible for students who arrive unprepared and may deny participation without refund in such cases. All students must comply with California and federal firearms laws. Students must be legally permitted to handle firearms under applicable law.

All students are expected to follow instructor directions at all times, treat fellow students and staff with respect, and adhere to all range safety rules. AFS Tactical reserves the right to remove any student from a class for unsafe behavior, disruptive conduct, or failure to follow instructions. Removed students forfeit their registration fee.

AFS Tactical Team memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel your membership at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Membership benefits are non-transferable and are subject to change with reasonable notice.

All course materials, curricula, and content provided by AFS Tactical Training are proprietary and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Bernardino County, California.
